In a word, yeah.

I've got lots of stories - first-hand anecdotal stuff - but none of it has convinced my hubby that the place has more than just us here. No matter. I know what I've experienced ever since I was 10, and there aren't a whole lot of Real World Scientific explanations for the things I've seen and heard over the years. Even my mom had her share of stories to tell in her day.

In a nutshell, the house is haunted by the previous owner (who died here,) my grandmother (who lived in the little apartment,) and my dad (who haunts the garage/workshop rather than the house.) Stuff has moved, disappeared and later (like years later) reappeared in the most UNlikely of places, voices (and other things) have been heard, the traditional "cold spots" are here and there...

Yeah. I live in a haunted house. We're very comfy with our spooks, as most of them are family and those that aren't are treated as such. Only one time I got REALLY angry at them and threatened exorcism - and they immediately were contrite and returned what had been "disappeared".

It makes life here interesting, believe me. :D
