Those photos are gorgeous! Yes, you do live in Paradise. The Central Coast is truly beautiful. My favorite part of California really.
My pal Rocket Bitch took early retirement from Boeing so he and his wife (one of my BFFs) La Loachessa sold their house in Lompoc and moved to Huntsville AL where he's now working for a nonprofit aerospace group. They like the lower cost of living, but miss the amenities of the Santa Maria Valley and the coast.
