You're right, I'm getting hooked on some of the memes that I see floating past on my Friends Page. And OK, I really should be working on In The Hidden Valley's epilogue. But you know what?

Gorgeous scenery! Is it from around where you live? I love the first one -- it looks like I would imagine the shore of Tol Elannon to look! LMAO at the sign on the elf's back, and the gas price sign!

The first picture is of Big Sur, which is about 100 mi. north of me. The fourth is of a house in Shell Beack, about 6 mi. from here, that I have been drooling over (and wishing I could get inside just to look around in) for the better part of all my life. The eighth is a country road between where I live and the next larger town (San Luis Obispo) about 20 mi. north of us - taken probably Feb or March because the hills are so green. The three hills you can see are (believe it or not) ancient volcanic necks - in other words, what gets left behind when all the ash and stuff erode away and just leave the cooled lava "throats" behind.

Have I mentioned lately that I live in Paradise?
