365 Day Meme - Days 1 & 2
Jan. 14th, 2017 04:30 pmBy my shaky math skills, I figure I have 2 weeks of posting two questions a day before I'm caught up. So today...
#1: What is your number one goal this year?
I have a few, depending on what activity I'm talking about:
1. I'd like to have my shoulders working better, so I could actually try to play my little cross-strung harp a bit.
2. I need to spend more time practicing piano.
3. I need to finish "I Dhaerlend Dadui".
4. I need to finish all my crochet projects (currently standing at 2 blankets (afghans, really), 1 bedspread, 1 pair of slipper/boots.)
If I had to choose just one goal, however, I'd go with #3: finishing "I Dhaerlend Dadui" - and actually starting to post it publically. So many of my LOTR fics take place during and/or after the events of that story, that it really is vital to get it done and out.
#2: What are you most grateful for?
I'm most grateful for the fact that my hubby hasn't needed to be hospitalized since this past August - and after a year and a half of being in hospital for 5 - 7 days and then out for on average 6 weeks before getting sick and needing to go back in again, over 5 months with no hospital visits is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!
See y'all tomorrow...
