NaNo - Day 5

Today's words came fairly easily, which is really nice.
Had a couple of interruptions when JJ was trying to forward photos to my email and needed some instruction, but I have to admire his determination. This is a 30 yr old guy who, despite a lot of effort both on his part as well as his teachers over the years, is functionally illiterate. He tries very hard, and has memorized some words as part of his attempt to be part of the MMORPG world of Lineage II - and that stands him in good stead often now. Still, the nuances of how to work the computer and the Internet are beyond him without some help.
Also have discovered some EXCELLENT writing music on Spotify: by an artist named William Ellwood. Nice jazz guitar - a few familiar tunes from time to time, but no vocals to distract me from the words in my head for the story.
I broke down and subscribed to Spotify @ $10/month. I really enjoy the opening page that I get when I boot the system up in the morning. Based on the music I've listened to before, the Spotify system suggests other artists and songs that I might like. I've found quite a few artists I'd never heard of before that I've really enjoyed, and I also have enriched the selections from other artists - like David Arkenstone, for example - that I've known forever. Now that I'm done with my word count, I'm gonna switch from the Ellwood playlist I made for myself and see what all Kitaro has to offer. I liked their album "Silk Road" way back in the dark ages - time to see what they've done lately.
Ah yes.
Before I forget, my word count for the day:
9724 / 50000 words. 19% done!
Cya all tomorrow!
