It is a very ambitious thing. Like I said before, I've been pushed by my muse to produce a NaNo amount in a ridiculously short time before, so I know I can do it.
The trick with actually trying to schedule that kind of push is that it's a case of me pushing the Muse rather than the other way around. Last time I tried, I didn't succeed in getting a full 50k words. This time, however, I've done a lot of the prep work ahead of time - and I'm hoping that makes the difference.
AND I'm trying to shift all the things that might otherwise distract the Muse to the "Already Finished" category, in hopes that she won't just glom onto another of my myriad WIPs and exclaim, "Look, Ma – SQUIRRELS!"
