Wow. I'd never, ever considered this; at least not from Eowyn's personal point of view. I like how you've made her somewhat melancholy and matter-of-factly about the situation rather than angry and jealous. It's not an attitude that is often explored in Tolkien fan fiction, probably because it doesn't led itself to dramatics.
